The wide range of our products, the important expertise acquired - as a direct supplier to car manufacturers and through investments in research and technological improvement - the speed of response oriented to meet the needs of our customers, bear witness to the great dynamism and development capabilities of Ro.mec.
We represent a healthily growing reality in terms of product know-how, quality and differentiation. Our aim is not only to consolidate our position on the market, but also to pursue the objective of expanding the range of our products and services on the national and international markets.
Our experience allows us to offer customers a flexible, precision service from the initial feasibility study to after-sales. We try to satisfy the customers’ requests as much as possible by creating samples and prototypes in addition to the series. The raw materials we use are of high quality and all certified to guarantee customers our respect for the project specifications. The fact that we are accustomed to managing big orders for large customers and the comprehensiveness of our machinery, allows us to offer:
- work on horizontal CNC machining centres with pallet changer and vertical machining centres equipped with rotary tables and dividers;
- machining on CNC bar lathes with motorised turrets, with sliding headstock;
- traceability of parts by marking;
- machining with electro-hydraulic sockets, wire welders, automatic saws;
- mechanical design by means of 3D software.

Mechanical workshop
Excellence is part of the company's philosophy. We have metrology rooms equipped with three-dimensional measuring machines, optical projectors, durometers, roughness gauges and digital measuring instruments. The great expertise of our technicians allows us to provide the customer with Reverse Engineering Services. We ensure the best result even in the management of complex work orders guaranteeing total reliability and short delivery times. We apply obsessive attention to every phase, from the booking in of raw materials to the execution of the order.

Quality control
Quality control is managed using a three-way scheme:
- there is a first inspection before the start of production
- a second check directly during production, with the aid of measuring instruments on board the machine
- finally, the last sample check.
For the final check, our technicians work in a metrology room equipped with:
